Program prices are subject to some change and are not guaranteed until you complete your registration with a refundable deposit. Families are responsible for paying the balance in full minus any scholarship awards they are expecting to maintain a current account balance. This includes families traveling to Israel with a $3,000 RootOne Voucher. If your family overpays for their teen’s experience—which results in an account overage—BBYO will refund your family (or funder) for your account overage by sending a check in September after account reconciliations have been completed.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment is accepted by e-check/ACH, check, or credit card. Should you wish to pay by credit card, a non-refundable convenience fee of 3% will be assessed for all payments apart from the initial $250 deposit. Canadian residents do not have the ability to pay by ACH in our system. All posted prices are in US Dollars.

For e-check/ACH payments, the limit per transaction is $11,000. If you need to pay more than this amount, please make separate payments to avoid your transaction being declined.
