BBYO Passport has partnered with a licensed travel insurance agent to offer travel insurance through Travel Insured International. Travel Insured International provides a low-cost, Student Group travel insurance with several important benefits like trip cancellation, trip interruption, missed connection, trip delay and baggage delay. Families should consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their investment and plan for the unexpected. More information on specific insurance plans, costs, and purchasing can be found here.

Please note: If you want to purchase a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy AND your trip costs over $10K (including projected domestic/international flight costs) OR you live in New York State, you can only obtain "Cancel for Any Reason" coverage via an individual travel insurance policy. With the individual policy, "Cancel for Any Reason" needs to be purchased within 21 days of the first trip payment/deposit. This will mainly, but not exclusively affect families participating in any “Ultimate” trips or “Western Europe & Mediterranean Discovery.”
