    1. Choose Your Experience

      Launch your registration after first finding the experience that is just right for you. Start your search using the 2016 Destination Guide.

    2. Enroll Online

      Click on the "Register Now" link at the top of the program page you choose to launch the enrollment process. Signing up only takes a few minutes, and a $250 refundable deposit is required to complete your registration and hold your spot.

    3. Insure Your Travel

      Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment and plan for the unexpected. A group travel insurance policy through Travel Insured International can be selected and paid for as part of your BBYO Passport registration account and may be purchased up until the date you make full payment for the program.     4. Complete the Forms

      As part of your registration account you will be able to complete an online program waiver, a medical history form, a connecting travel plan form, and upload a passport copy (international programs only).

      Payment Schedule
      • A $250 refundable deposit is required to secure your spot
      • March 9, 2016 is the the last day for a deposit refund; an additional $750 is due by now. A $25 fee applies for payments received after this date.
      • April 18, 2016 is when the balance of payment is due. A $75 fee applies for payments received after this date.

      Program prices are subject to some change and are not guaranteed until you complete your registration with a refundable deposit.

      Method of Payment

      Payment is accepted by check, e-check\ACH, or credit card. Should you wish to pay by credit card, a non-refundable convenience fee of 3% will be assessed for all payments except the $250 initial deposit. Checks should be sent to:

      Cancellation Policy

      Following March 9, 2016 a $750 cancellation fee applies. The full cost of the program is non-refundable if a cancellation is made any time after April 18, 2016. All cancellations must be made in writing. Exceptions will be reviewed by BBYO on a case by case basis and at BBYO's sole discretion. All cancellations must be made in writing. Participants are highly encouraged to take out travel insurance.

      Terms of Acceptance

      Acceptance to the program is conditioned upon the receipt of a full application including a physical examination of the applicant that demonstrates his/her physical and mental fitness and ability to participate in all aspects of the program. Receipt of deposit and application forms does not guarantee acceptance to the program. BBYO reserves the right to deny acceptance according to its own discretion.

      BBYO also reserves the right to consolidate and/or cancel specific programs and/or trip dates according to its own discretion. We expect that a final roster of confirmed trip offerings and dates will be confirmed by March 9, 2016.

      BBYO reserves the right to adjust the price of the program by up to 5% based on exchange rate and airline fuel fee fluctuations beyond our control. Participants reserve the right to cancel and receive a full refund in the event of a price increase if they so wish.

    Opportunities to Save

    • Early Registration Discount. Register at least five months in advance and automatically receive a $100 per person discount. All payments are fully refundable up to four months in advance, so your savings are absolutely risk free!
    • Check Payment Discount. Payment for Israel Family Journey may be made by check or credit card, and you can save 3% when you pay by check.

    Travel Insurance for Families

    Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect your investment and plan for the unexpected. A group policy is offered through Travel Insurance Israel where children under the age of 18 traveling with parent(s) are covered for FREE. The policy includes coverage for medical-related cancellations, travel delays and luggage loss, trip interruption, and medical care. The policy must be issued before final payment is made for the program, and some benefits are only available within 14 days of registration. The cost of the policy is a function of the total cost of your trip, including airfare booked on your own. Take advantage of it!

    Registration & Payment Terms

    In order to reserve your place on the program, a $250/person deposit fee is due with registration. If you qualify for the early registration discount, it will be posted to your account upon receipt of your completed registration. The trip deposit is fully refundable up to 120 days prior to program start date. The balance of payment is due no later than 60 days prior to trip start date. Participants who cancel within 120 days of the program start date will receive a refund, minus the deposit. Participants who cancel within 60 days of the program start date are not entitled to a refund.
